Playing tribute as an altoholic

I like playing several characters (pick one each day, and take it out to the world). I am starting to play ToT on some characters, but I struggle to understand if progress is account wide (it seems to be?) and why Tornaments seem to trigger on one character and not on another.
For example, yesterday I had my very first tournament on character 1. Today I did the tutorial on character 2, got a prompt for tournament immediately (and did not take it as I want to do this stuff on the other one instead). Logged back to character 1, took her to the Gonfalon tavern, and there was no tournament to take... but it was still available for character 2?

Naomi_K✭✭✭You already did the first tournament quest on your first character. There are 3 tournament quests. They are not repeatable.
The others will become available as you increase your rank. Your rank is account wide.PC EU1 -

ah good to know, I will send my other characters through to initiation process now as well.0 -
Marcusorion1✭✭✭✭I did the first tournament on my main yesterday ( after leveling up a rank ) and completed the 3 wins.
Logged in today on an alt and noticed it was offered again, so I accepted and sure enough, same 3 NPC's, same places and same reward ( 75 tribute rank points )
So looks like it is repeatable?

Nope.
