Alchemy traits tracking post-AWA

Is there an add-on that allows checking learned alchemy traits for the current character post-AWA regardless of reagent presence in inventory?
Obviously, checking the crafting achievements doesn't work now. Those definitely should have been made per-character, too, like enchanting ones...
