✭✭✭✭✭If you are at 113% crit damage then the 12% would bring you to the 125% cap.
Option 1: 1 + (0.6 x 1.25) = 1.75
Option 2: 1 + (0.65 x 1.13) = 1.7345
Therefore Option 1 is slightly better (by about 0.9% DPS). At lower crit damage Option 1 becomes even better.
Option 2 becomes better if you are above 115% crit damage without the 12%. In this case Option 1 only gives an effective 10% crit damage then hits the 125% cap.1 -

Simple math check of this.
60 x (B + 12) > 65 x B
720 > 5 x B
144 > B
Where B is your current crit bonus (unbuffed it’s 50%)
