Keep getting crashes (excessive messaging)

So I came back to ESO a few days ago, game worked fine the first 3 days, but the last 2 days I crash everytime in a dungeon and I crash like 5 times per dungeon its not funny. What could be the cause of this as it worked fine first 3 days I came back and now last 2 days crashing due to excessive messaging?
I get no packet loss with ESO so it's weird?

WikileaksEU✭✭✭So I've tried everything. I've turned off multitreading and other things, but still it doesn't work, so it must be a ESO server thing? or maybe my ISP with ESO server is lag spiking? I really don't know anymore lol.0
