Trial by Fire Gear Set - NA PS Server

Been trying out a bunch of different gear sets to see which ones are working and not working. I tried this gear set out and compared it to a Kynmarch gear set which has similar stat bonuses (1400 armor and 1200 health) but kynmarch does not provide 8500 armor after being hit by an elemental effect. When I tested the sets out, the damage I received was identical even with an active elemental effect on my character. Please fix this set and make it so that players can actually see the increase on their character sheet for their spell and physical resistance.

✭✭✭✭✭i know that you mention the PS server, so this might not help you specifically, but mentioning it in case it helps someone
there is an addon called omnistats that might be able to show a lot of these hidden stats like fire/frost/physical/etc resistances and show when you get changes to these
i have not fully tested these specific resist types to monitor though
also as far as i am aware, if you are already at the armor cap, adding these extra specific dmg type resistances wont really help (because it still takes your base armor + the specific armor)

MEBengalsFan2001✭✭✭✭✭Tested trial by fire set further. The gear set does not trigger whenever you do have a elemental effect on it. It is random and can occur after the effect ends or if you die. I got burning status effect on me and it didn't trigger. I got poison status effect on me and it trigger but only after the effect ended. Shock was 50/50 where half the time it triggered it and the other half didn't .Sunder didn't trigger at all.
This gear set should trigger not by elemental status effect but simply the elemental attacks that are not directly physical or magic based. I would also lower the armor value from 8500 to 6500. It would make this set much more useful IMO.

Pariah is good only as you lose health as are vampires. I think if you are a vampire you should be barred from using pariah.
I thought the trial by fire would be a decent set as many players use poison, enchantments, etc... that could trigger the set along with abilities. Even with abilities that always add an elemental status effect the gear set didn't always trigger. For instance Destructive Touch doesn't always trigger the gear set but it should given that it always adds the elemental status effect, same with Elemental Susceptibility.
One test my friend and I did was him hitting me with various abilities, including the two I listed above. Those two did trigger the bonus but it was completely random. Sometimes the initial hit triggered it and other times nothing. I wonder if the set has a % of it being triggered and if so that needs to be shown or if it has a cool down again, that needs to be shown.1
