Dev Comments:
Due to the hybrid stat scaling we want to bring back Shacklebreaker the original hybrid set released together with battlegrounds. With the increased stats this set can offer good alternatives of stronger damage sets but have increased use and build creativity do the dual stats in our new hybrid gameplay. This set was loved and its time to give it some love to make it great once more.

Sure, but bone pirate and bright throat dont work in noprocc/nocp. Even if they did they wouldnt be that good, the food you can eat is way better in most cases then the drinks + the 5piece set is underwhelming when you compare it to others. (imo)

Because Shacklebreaker has been a staple set for hybrid stats. The hybrid builds now fully brought to live with the changes. I think its silly and sad that the set once introduced for a stam character to utilize mag skills and for mag character to have better stam for movement is not worth to slot anymore on a single build. This set has always been an allrounder set I believe it should have that place again in the hybrid game we play today. Give it some love, give it something to make it a choice.
