How to switch megaserver on Steam-linked account?

Hi, everyone. With today's extended maintenance on PC/NA server, I thought I'd try logging into the PC/EU server. Unfortunately, I have not yet found a way. Since my account is linked to Steam, I am not allowed to use the ZOS ESO game launcher, and must use the Steam launcher. I have seen discussions online showing a Megaserver select button in the ESO Steam launcher settings, but it's no longer there.

How can I switch to the European server in this case? Thanks!

    FOLLOW-UP: I found the answer. After logging in, and being almost panicked by seeing the character CREATION screen, and no list of characters, I then hit the Log Out button. At the top-left of the screen with the Login button was the option to change servers. Somehow, I have no idea how, I was logged into the European server after the maintenance finished. I can now choose to change back.
