Game freezes for 5 minutes every time I launch it.

Used to have to restart the launcher 10+ times just to get a play button but, today I got it right away. Still though after I log in after about 10-15 seconds the game will go unresponsive for 5 mintues (timed it) then it will unfreeze/lose lobby connection. Then I am able to login and load into the game itself. 1st I tried to repair it, that did nothing. Then I removed all addons. Still nothing. Fresh re-install of ESO. Nothing, still freezes. Updated to latest NVIDIA drivers and re-installed again. This worked for about a day then started freezing again. Rolled back drivers. Still freezes. Updated drivers again. No change this time and still freezes after 10-15 seconds. Meow?
