Are you guys sure everything is actually gucci? this is a consistent problem in Cyrodiil when there is an entire faciton worth of people hitting a keep, your ping will hit the roof to 999+ and then you'll lose connection and get kicked to lobby, unable to log back in.
This isn't a very fun experience, i'm not sure why i'm paying for plus at this point, if the money isn't being delegated in to servers that are fit for purpose.

Insane latency in high-player-density situations (ending in what amounts to "denial of service") seems to be common/predictable point of failure in MMOs generically. This is one of the reasons I tend to avoid PvP, as a matter of principle. Seems like no-one has found a way to implement it coherently.
My war story for the day: "Lost Lobby Connection" and kicked, logged back in, placed in a 1-second queue (a 1-second queue happens more often than not these days, and it usually never completes; these days, 2 times out of 3 I get a queue, always explicitly stipulated as 1 second in duration, and 4 times out of 5 it just hangs and spins indefinitely... I must explicitly cancel out and log in again, often repeatedly... what is that, 66% * 80% = 53% of all login attempts must be manually cancelled and re-attempted?), followed by "Already Logged In" and kicked again. Senseless petty hassles galore.
I put some of this down to my service provider (Comcast/XFinity quality of service has deteriorated markedly for me in the past 6 months; for the first time in years I have taken to proactively power cycling my cable modem first thing in the morning), but the basic reliability of ESO has also markedly deteriorated recently, in the past 6 weeks or so. And always, even at the best of times, with wide-area communications there is a potential of packet loss, which Zenimax should be taking into account at critical points (such as to work around "hanging" on login).
In contrast, in my direct experience, ESO's competition (Guild Wars 2, for instance... it delivers a comprehensively/overwhelmingly superior basic experience in all regards... including in high-player-density situations) do not have anything like these problems... so I am reluctant to attribute all of this recent deterioration in ESO's service quality to my service provider.
Whatever ESO has "improved" recently, it does not appear to be working. And IMO putting the burden on the customer (aka "blame the victim") to troubleshoot/rectify this is not reasonable.
Log in (first, the "Play" button on the launcher has to present itself... but that is a different problem)
Launch screen comes up for a few seconds
"Lost Lobby Connection" error before character selection screen is presented, return to start/login screen
Log in
"Already Logged In" error, return to start/login screen
rinse/repeat
This is in addition to the recent "Lost Lobby Connection" issues during game play (which I have not observed very often).
Yes, my service provider has also made "improvements" that are not an improvement, but glitchy internet connectivuty is hardly new... something in ESO has changed. It is intermittent (which is itself unhelpful, makes it hard to reproduce), but it is happening "often" (multiple times daily).
I have the same problem. I tried everything from this "comprehensive" error 334 troubleshooting, which is notably linked by admin, and nothing changed. I've made a router's hard reset, unlocked ports, removed all addons and still getting random error 334 disconnectw. Some player suggested that using a VPN can resolve this error but I ain't gonna pay for VPN jut to play in this particular game - I played many other games including MMOs and I didnt experienced such random problems, and Ive just returned from 4 years of break to encounter another gamebreaking problems...
For anyone continually getting Error 334 and has went through the troubleshooting posted above with little success, please go ahead and open a ticket with customer support.
