Stuck in login queue

Twice in the past two days I have encountered a login queue when attempting to log in. This is the first time I have encountered this in several years of play, but maybe I have been lucky. Still, something is a bit odd, as it tells me I have a one second wait, but it just sits there. I waited about five minutes one time, and it didn't let me in. I quit the program, rebooted my computer, tried to log in again, and it let me in immediately with no login queue. Login screens in general have seemed a lot longer since the last patch too.

Is this normal behavior, or is it a bug? My computer is a PC running windows 11 home edition.

My video card is a GTX 1070 Ti, and my computer processor is a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz with 32 GB of RAM.

    Welcome to the fallout from the latest patch.

    I have been in the 1 sec login queue for the last 5 mins. April 10,2022 12:06 AM EDT NA server.
