Lost twitch drop

Hello, good afternoon.

Desfe approximately 4 years ago I've been playing TESO on PC, today I tried it on PS4 taking advantage of the fact that it can be played for free.

And the problem is that I received the boxes and pets from the twitch event the other day on the PS4 account and not on the PC account.

I haven't opened them or anything, and I'm not going to play the game on PS4, is there a way I can get the twitch rewards on PC, which is where I've been playing for years and have all the progress there?

Just to confirm, are you referencing getting a ticket started or has support already helped with the missing Twitch drops?
