Request for additional PVP dailies/weeklies

There should be more daily missions for killing players as I think just 20 per day is too low. In fact PVE missions in Cyrodiil is a more effective way of getting xp and coins than PvP missions in the damn PvP area!

Not everyone wants to do a mission where you capture a farm or a keep, and in fact a person may never get the chance to capture it because their faction may be losing. These additional quests would cater to those solo players and also those who just enjoy killing other people.

There should be ones like
Kill 20 - Daily
Kill 100 - Daily
Kill 1000 - Weekly
Avenge 5 players - Daily
Avenge 25 players - Weekly

And I may also suggest that for a capture keep mission, it should have increased rewards as it would encourage people to go for it, they may feel even more satisfied if they've finally captured a keep for a big reward (for themselves)

Additional missions could include

Capture 10 keeps - Weekly

or something like that...

    No quests.
Go out and kill, get xp for it.

I dont understand the point of "pvp quests" honestly.

I think the major source of xp in pvp should be kills.
If you want to gain a lot of xp/hour you should go out there with an organized group and kill ppl.
Reward should be divided by the number of players that tagget the enemy.

Putting quests like kill 20 - kill 100 - kill 1000 will encourage the zerg moreover and zerging is a stupid way to pvp.

I am strongly against the introduction of any more daily, weekly, monthly quests. They are unneeded chores that be replace simply by increasing the amount of XP, VP, AP, gold, items etc. attained by playing normally, without the need to complete a check list of things to do.

By the way dailies were inititally introduced in WoW as a means to cap the progress in the reputation grind in WoW. Before dailies, you decided your own pace, if you did more, you advanced faster. When the dailies where introduced, they both limited the amount of progress you can achieve on a given day as well as subtly forcing you to do the dailies each and every day, because a daily missed today cannot be made up for tomorrow, unlike a free advancement system where you can always choose to do less today and more tomorrow.

At first you say killing people should grant the most xp and then you say it will ruin pvp ? :|

I would like the "kill 20 ppl quest" to be improved in stages as some people already suggested, 1st stage 20 kill and last stage 1k kills, if you manage to reach the 1k kill you should be rewarded with nice things like :

    * A good % of your level (at least 20%)
    * Some repairing tools/ soul gems/ food/ potions
    * A chance to get a nice armor/weapon

You are not much of a pvp-er are you? You can buy the sets ( that are only pvp sets ) with pvp currency so more quest for gaining that would really help. A vet10 purple ring is 600k+. *To the batmobile*

They did the right thing in making the kill quest a daily. They did the right thing with the impending doubling of xp gains for player kills in cyrodiil.

Increasing the number of kills for the daily kill quest, or reverting it back to a repeatable quest will essentially draw a line in the proverbial sand. Whereby stating they want everyone to zerg, punishing everyone who doesn't like that kind of play style. It's a horrible idea. Leave the kill quests as they are.

And also, fix the cyrodiil loading screen already. We're getting tired of restarting the game multiple times after freezing. Why hasn't this been hot fixed?

Im probably more a pvper than you are.

You should get xp/alliance points simply for killing the enemy, no stupid chatting with npcs every "X" kills should be required.

    PvP means player vs player
    NPC means non playing character

Chatting with an NPC has nothing to do with PvP, and i dont understand why everyone is convinced we need a quest to get more xp/ap from pvp.

Raising the xp/kill to a much higher value would be enough, and doesnt require any kind of script.

    Personally:
    - XP/VXP gain in PvP is basically zero.
    - the 'green bags' are full of vendor-bait. There's no blue items or glyphs and cyrodiil has few crafting materials.

The only upside is that there's no armor damage, so you gain $$$ from selling all the useless bag items.

One option would be a larger 'weekly' kill quest.
i.e. kill either 100 enemies [or] complete the daily quest 5 times.

As far as the "more kills" quest, it really depends on the server. I play on Goldbrand, and to even find 20 other players let alone kill them per day is a blessing.
