emperor passives are lost after zoning & logging out in ravenwatch campaign

Hi, I have confirmed with DC, AD, and EP emperors that after the series of maintenances last week, it seems to have introduced a bug where emperors lose their emp passive abilities after logging out or zoning, even zoning into a delve in cyrodiil. This is in the ravenwatch campaign on PC-NA

DaggersKid✭✭✭Same issue for me in Ravenwatch EU… We got a hotfix for the healing exploit, can we get one for this? ZOS i assure you players that get emp, play this game a lot and give you good money through the crown store and eso+ ;-)1
