I haven't seen much regarding this, with all the other issues which cropped up during the update last week. But since the update I have had frequent load screens while running around Rimmen doing my daily writs on multiple characters. These load screens appear at the same places. Two in particular: When riding from the daily quest givers towards the bank just as you get to the main square where you would turn right to go up the stairs to the bank, and when you ride from the bank to the daily writ quest boards just as you get to the boards. There are other places within Rimmen, and I've also seen this in other cities around Tamriel. Anyone else seeing this?
