Is there anyway to solve the issue in this ticket?
I am having a time sensitive issue resulting from a simple user data entry error and I am not even sure my situation is being seen by a real person. So far I have only received copy and paste responses, which makes me feel like a computer is answering me. I am looking to have a dialog with someone from support. It will have extremely negative consequences for about 300 players.
