Skills that used to scale with one or the other of Max Magicka/Spell Damage or Max Stamina/Weapon Damage will now scale with the higher combo. So something like Templar's "Biting Jabs", a stamina skill that scaled on Max Stamina/Weapon Damage will now scale on Max Magicka/Spell Damage (if higher than Max Stamina/Weapon Damage). The small handful of skills (such as Warden's Impaling Shards) that scaled on max health will continue to scale on max health. Max Health will not make Biting Jabs hit harder. Max Stamina will not make Impaling Shards hit harder.
