Ps4 timing out on loading screens

I'm timing out on almost every loading screen again. Was better for a while after deadlands patch. But now it's back.
Hate having to relog every time I try to enter a delve or change zones.

Loading screens are awful.. Timed out 4 times this morning in under an hour.
I'm just trying to do some dailies.. Fix the game please!!!

Still no improvement on the timing out.
Trying to enter a delve now ..timed out.
Relog into game..time out ..relog again.
The things you had me do do not help
I love eso and I hate that my play time is mostly spent logging on to the game.

Now I can't log back in at all. My character is stuck in blackwood.

No improvement of timing out and having to relog to the game when encountering a loading screen.
Today it's every time I encounter a loading screen I'm kicked out of the game and have to relog.
