Can't login through steam

Can't log in for two hours now via Steam, tried everything and anything suggested here, Reddit, and Steam -
map shows massive outages on the Steam network. I don't mind so much that services go down every now and then, that happens. What I do mind however is that I am losing my writs for today and won't be compensated by either company.
It is possible to transfer the account from Steam to ZoS/Bethesda if it were not for the lucrative contract both companies have with one another - so it is legally not possible...

I don't think that's possible? I think once you connect through steam you cant go back. Maybe I'm wrong. But 215 hours of playtime since I moved my ESO account to go through steam and this is the first time I've run into this so I'm not to mad. Just hope it dose not become a common thing like it was a while back.
You're right. I just wasted the past 2 hours reinstalling both launchers. Apparently unlinking your account and linking it back up will solve the problem, or at least it did for me.0 -

Lollapalosaa✭✭With my first attempt it said "6 seconds" and I waited 10min nothing happened. Left queue, tried again.. now it says 5 seconds.
I don't mind if there's queue, but atleast give us some real life estimates of the waiting times.
