cant connect to server

I for some reason cant connect to server any longer.
I played earlier today with no issue, but now i have tryed for over 2 houres to connect, and i keep geting timed out when loading char. Error 303. Pc EU (Denmark.)
The game stops loading affter 4 sec when i press on load char in.
