Wifey and I have scavenged the Internet for clues on what triggers necropotence and received different answers from different sources. Does it work together with sets like coldharbour's favorite / maw of the infernal and skills like blastbones? Does it work with literally anything "petty" that is up for even the slightest time, and in that case, does necropotence work on the offhand bar too, if for example blastbones is on front bar? And does it work without that particular skill being active or that particular set not procing at the moment?
