In U33, will heavy attack resources returned based on Max Stats.

Perviously,
We had the base value of heavy attacks with no passive modifier :
Bow HA: 2724 Stamina
Dual Wield HA : 1667 Stamina
2H HA :2426 Stamina
1H&S HA : 2014 Stamina
Fire/Frost staff HA : 2823 Magicka
Shock staff HA: 3633 Magicka
Restoration staff HA : 3219 Magicka

But with the U33 " The Hybrid Patch" will our resources be returned based on our max stats like..
Max pool : Magicka ( 64 points )
Weapon : 2 handed.
2 handed HA : returns Magicka instead of Stamina as mentioned above, based on the max pool.

Have you guys tested this out..

Melee weapons still only restore stamina and staves still only restore magicka.

Well hopefully ZOS will do something about this... since they appear headed towards making everything universally connected to your highest stat.

For U33 you'll want an ice staff on your back bar for a stam character for some content anyway so that you can block using magicka, restore magicka and use some long duration magicka skills off that bar as a tank does but with the new scaling meaning your wall etc will hit like a magdps.

I hope they leave it as is so if Hybrid builds want to be able to heavy attack to restore a resource they have to actually build hybrid with their weapon choices.
