Am I understanding this set right? Potentially 100% movement speed at max stacks?
And invisibility for 3 seconds on kill. This seems pretty OP no?

✭✭✭✭✭Not OP at all. Really easy to hit speed cap in this game. Wasting a 5 piece on it is almost always a bad idea. What is OP about becoming invisible for 3 seconds? Useless in PVE, nearly useless in PVP.0 -

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
feel free to stop by and use the facilities0 -

Might be amusing combining it with the Stygian set and the vampire passive Strike from the Shadows. Of course you could get that 670 weapon/spell damage boost in other ways. 😋0 -

the old version of this set just granted you like major berserk for 20 sec after you blade of woe something lol, basically useless
at least the bonus is on kill so it would potentially help a character doing sacraments get around in there faster, granted you dont really need this bonus to get to speed cap in stealthplays PC/NA
