Please say which sets you would like to see buffed or reworked. Just go for one or two. Mine is Poisonous Serpent. It’s five piece is very lacklustre.

Thunderbug. It has a uniquely kapow feeling but it could use an 8m radius like say grothdar and a bit of upscaling on the damage. The changes to proc sets hit it kind of hard.

there are a lot of absolutely redundant sets right now with the hybridization going on

treasure hunter/toothrow are literally 99% the same as the only difference is the armor weight and the 2pc set bonus

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

Unleashed Ritualist is another. It would need to buff pets at minimum by 50% to be even considered and even then it would be barely worth it,

Assassin's Guile. This is a really interesting set, lots of potential, but out in the wild? It's a bit lackluster. Perhaps if they add a little buff to poison along with the elongated time? The best use for this is tapping a NB with revealing poison and watching them trying to cloak. They are exposed for like 8 seconds!

    Bring back sloads! 😆

Jokes aside. Sload’s could be balanced if they simply had it like it was but remove its ability to stack on players.

    Like this:

Enemies hit by your abilities are afflicted with Sload’s Curse causing them to take 3% of their Maximum Health as Oblivion Damage every second for 4 seconds. This can deal a maximum of 6000 damage per tick. This effect cannot stack on enemy players.

In all seriousness, Sload's was going to be my suggestion as well. Oblivion Damage is just a really interesting concept that I wish was a tad stronger than it currently is.

Even if it only got buffs for PvE it would see more use. I tried making an Oblivion Damage character and it just doesn’t work. Not enough sources and Knight’s Slayer just doesn’t cut it. Personally, I feel if a new class were added in future they could have one or two skills that applied some kind of Oblivion DoT. Of course it wouldn’t stack on players for obvious reasons.

It's not the set, it's how poisons work. If they were like enchants, guaranteed proc on weapon hit and different poisons on bars would be on separate cooldowns, assassin's guile would be really good, especially with multi-effect poisons that normall last like 0.8-1.2 seconds.

Bahraha's Curse. I like a slight change, have the AOE effect heal my party not just me. Really I just want to heal my companion with it without having to slot a heal that targets another.

    Leeching Plate:

(2 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
(3 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken
(4 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
(5 items) When you take damage, you summon a cloud of leeching poison under the assailant. The cloud deals 427 Poison Damage every 1 second for 5 seconds and heals you for 100% of the damage caused. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds and scales off your Maximum Health.

The description of 5 piece is very vague. It suggests something different, but in reality it is just a tiny aoe under 1 enemy. If the enemy moves just a tiny, tiny bit - set stops working. The actual aoe size is not in the description and it kinda implies that it acts more like a debuff.

^ And this is what I would like to change. So the "cloud of leeching poison" would work like a debuff on an enemy or it would move with the target. Right now, this set is super unreliable.

the largest problem with oblivion dmg is because it is "scaling" dmg, it cannot crit

and if you buffed sload to cap at 6000 dmg per tick, you would have to double the cap of all of the things that deal oblivion dmg to make them worthwhile too

the primary problem with sload is that it can only be applied to 1 target at a time due to a proc cooldown, set the cooldown to per target and this would actually resolve a lot of the issue with it

I think it’s also important that it should not stack on players. This was the primary reason it was busted. It was overnerfed… into Oblivion hehe.

i didnt suggest stacking it on 1 target, i suggested changing the cooldown on the proc to be per target (applied to more targets)

i think if you wanted to improve oblivion, it needs to copy more dmg, single direct hits like knight slayer could probably be allowed to use larger %hp than a DoT like sload, but the current %hp scaling it uses is just too low, you could still double those values and keep the caps where they are (would not affect pve at all, but be more signifcant for pvp)

I would like for them to revert the changes made to the Ilambris Monster Set. I chose it for my lightning sorceress specifically to discharge more lightning. Now, when that set procs, I get a random firestorm. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

    Hence TWICE in TBS?

Yeah, true enough. If it just worked a little better it could bring a lot of diversity to builds... and isn't that what they want? :)

Infallible Aether is long overdue for an update. It was once a valuable debuff set, but became useless once Minor Vulnerability was added to Concussion and Fetcher Infection. I vaguely remember there being some confirmation of a change planned, but it's been years and nothing yet.
