Stalking Blastbones needs a buff

I have two suggestions:

#1. Add execute scaling. Have it do more damage based on the % of health the target has.

#2. Give it a 100% chance to proc the burning status effect.

I think the way things are now, no one will pick the magic morph if they have the choice of using the stamina morph.

i feel like stamcros are going to use stalking blastbones in pve now anyway since it's a better damage type and can do more damage in general.

I'm not sure what you mean. How is it better than Blighted? I thought the stam morph hit harder. The mag morph needed to chase for longer, I think. Maybe I was wrong. It seemed weaker than the stam morph to me.

Mag version gets fire damage buffs, there aren't many disease damage buffs
Add a Scribing skill that works like Arcanist beam.
    ---
Veteran players have been alienated and disengaged from Overland since One Tamriel, due to the lack of difficulty, and pushed into dungeons and trials; the minority of content in the Elder Scrolls Online. We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.
    ---
Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.

I'm pretty sure it gets at least 1 10% dmg buff before it hits the target. And it's damage can be buffed by a combined 15% from engulfing flames and encratis's behemoth since it's fire damage. 10% of that is automatically done by magdks anyway. It's really not bad.

Just make it like blighted but flame damage, just not sure what the mag equivalent of defile. That stalking thingy does not work everytime

    NerfAS and Shill ruins everything

Skinny-meta-fake, graded D, and can’t explain the law of diminishing marginal returns.

I won’t post that Wes, I’ll get [snipped] for the last time

    No, just no.
Stalking blastbones is an overpowered skill that only exists because ZOS chose the easy way out when designing Necromancer's offensive toolkit and decided to make only 1-2 of it's offensive skill viable in PvP and those had to be so overtuned that it could compensate for the lack of class based offensive skills.

My blastbones hit for 10k+ in most cases if you were to add a execute bonus to that people could just stop playing because the homing missiles of doom were coming for their poor souls stealing their HP bar even if they block.

I wish more people would complain about that instead of just crying pay2win class (that curiously not a lot of people play unlike caluurion stamblade for example) so that ZOS can rework a couple of magnecro's useless skills into an actual complete offensive kit, and tone down blastbones/graveyard and its defensive kit in the process.

i was actually really bummed out when i realized no necros were using the scythe skill which one would expect it to be like spears for templar or whip for dk but no [snip]
