Radiant Oppression: Burn an enemy with a ray of holy fire, dealing 9234 Magic Damage over 1.8 seconds. Deals up to 500% more damage to enemies below 50% Health. Increases the amount of bonus damage dealt to low health targets.
Radiant Glory: Burn an enemy with a ray of holy fire, dealing 9234 Magic Damage over 1.8 seconds. Deals up to 480% more damage to enemies below 50% Health. You heal for 20% of the damage inflicted. You heal for a percentage of the damage inflicted.
Why would anyone ever pick radiant oppression over glory for 3% higher overall damage? What the heck is the point other than getting super slightly more dps on a target dummy?
