I've returned to ESO after a couple of years away to find that my character's build, in terms of the equipment, no longer works. I'm playing a Nightblade using Night's Silence set to "Ignore the Movement Speed penalty of Sneak" and the skill Concealed Weapon slotted in order to get the "While slotted, your movement speed when Sneaking or invisible is increased by 25%". I used to move faster when sneaking than normal, by a very understandable 25% but now it seems my Night's Silence bonus is being entirely ignored so even with champion points put into sneak speed I'm slower sneaking than not sneaking. It makes no difference if I'm wearing the Night's Silence kit or not.

Can anyone tell me whether this is something that was nerfed, a known bug (I've searched and can't find anything so I don't think it's this) or something specific to me, please?
