Crafting stations at home

Hello,

Does anyone uses the crafting locations located at your residence? I was excited about buying them but i dont use them a lot now.. its more practical in main cities.
I would love to find a more practical way to use them at home since i love roleplaying at home.

Do you use them?? Do I miss something?

I use them daily for decon when I'm done questing for the day. Any time i ever need to craft something for my home, i use my in home stations. I have mine set up in various rooms because i like to RP as well, provisioning in my kitchen, blacksmithing in my forge, etc. so mine certainly are less than practical in that regard.

But since you can place them right next to your spawn point if you choose, they certainly can be setup for faster use.

I mostly use mine for Deconstruction and crafting housing items. Sometimes for Potions, Food, and Enchants. I do have one Transmute station, and I use that when needed as well. If they would make some way to attune crafting stations to all sets, I would see it as a useful space for Master Writs as well. Daily writs aren't a big deal, but when I am making something more seriously, I like the lack of distractions my private home gives.

We received 3 attunable crafting stations for something awhile back and I just recently placed mine as decorations at Doomchar. I didn't think I'd use them but they have come in handy for crafting furnishings as I build and decorate.

Most of the time I decon in town, but I have one house in a zone where I farm mats and treasure chests and it’s nice to pop in and decon some stuff so my inventory doesn’t get full.

I also like to go there when I refine a bunch of mats, I wait until I have a lot since I seem to get a better rate for improvement mats that way.

It’s just nice to be in my house if I plan to spend more than a moment doing those activities. It’s not the common rabble so much as the chaotic activities that go on inside the crafting areas.

I have them set up with a storage chest I use to transfer items between crafting alts that i am leveling.

Also as another stated, it is quicker to make furnishings while decorating.

I use them often. I like to decon quickly in one place between runs and questing, without 25 bears and 35 flappy sorc pets in my face while I am at it...

When I am working on a new build in particular, it's nice to have my transmute station there as well so I can take my time and focus on anything I am upgrading.

I would love to have a revamp of the attuneables into one per craft as others have mentioned.

Oh yeah definitely. I tried decorating one house by crafting elsewhere and hand carrying furnishings in, but that got old very fast.

It would be good if the merchant sold the style materials, like corundum etc. too.
