This may be an unusually long load time

I don't have any issues with my network or connection playing other games. This problem is the first time is the first time that happens to me.
Since 1 month ago when I'm try to login I have a lot of problems to do it, I have to try a several times after I login trying to see of who of my characters the game allow me to do it Im try to play using finder and play with random players a dungeons... Then the game start to take a long load screen and after that this message appears on my screen. When I try to log is the same.
And is not my internet, I don't have any problem with other games. Even with yours otherwise I even be able to login at all. And this is not the case, but is not normal that I can't login like usually I did before.

It usually means I'm going to time out and get kicked from the game. I get it quite often on ps4 and now it's happening on pc since the event has started.

For me its always the same character that randomly has an infinite loading screen, nord warden will have a loading screen that goes on forever (left it on for 30+ minutes once) before I X out of windowed mode and start over and it completes in 10 seconds. No other characters have this problem, only this one and its random.

The most curious thing is that after waiting so long, the following appears: unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection. And this happens when I use finder, when sometimes I enter to a delve, travel to another shrine, everything that has to do with loading screen, when it takes too long this dialog appears and it is very frustrating, I do not understand what to do to be able to play without this issue. This problem had not happened to me, until 1 month ago.

The biggest difference I've seen in load screen times is when on PC I moved from a standard SD to a SSD. Load screens that took 2min loaded in about 5 seconds. I've also heard on the console side, moving from a ps 4 to ps5 provided the same results. I think a lot of LS issues are client side.

Yes, loading screens are much quicker on PS5, but just like OP I still get booted when switching characters sometimes and get the “you do not have internet” message, and sometimes when trying to log in I get it too.
