Login CTD since Deadlands (PC)

Since the Deadlands launch patch I've been having a CTD that happens after logging in but before the character select screen. It doesnt happen every time but does happen every day I play.

I have two computers that both have the issue. Both have done a client repair from the launcher. Both are fully up to date on windows/drivers.
PC1: Desktop PC, Windows 10. i7 8770, RTX 2070.
PC2: Laptop PC, WIndows 11. i7 9750H, RTX 2070.

There is no error message from ESO when this happens but I have found the following in the windows event logs:
