Mage Quest Circus of Cheerful Slaughter
I am lvl 27 and came not find the npc to start this guest. I have been to several of the mages guild and the npc that gives the quest does is no where to be found. What lvl do you have to be with the mages guild to pick up this quest.

Not sure if lore book linked. Found it in the Greendale area (For dominion) It shows as level 25 and after you speak to the person in the mages guild there is a book that when you touch it takes you to that area.PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!0 -
BTShireSoul ShrivenI've gotten stuck on this quest twice. I cannot progress past killing the Aldmeri actors. I kill them, and then nothing happens. It's obviously a bug, but I know others have gotten past this. Anyone have any advice on how to proceed?0
