as a customer I would like to know why not inform the aoe cap.

is something that clearly affects the mechanics of the game and more in a game that went without combat chat and that is not stated in the skills.

sorry for my bad English.

note: please here is not whether it is in favor or against.

already the read, the question is why not report that had an aoe cap before leaving the game for sale

Because it's an excuse to change it instead of addressing the problems of a few abilities they decided to gut the entire system and then say it was intended from the beginning.

It is not clear to me: are you asking a specific question? Are you asking:

What is the maximum Area of Effect (AOE)?

Thanks, just let us know and someone can assist.

You mean This Clarification that ZoS provided for you and you chose not to look for and read?

I would like to suggest more people make it a habit of clicking on the Developer Discussion forum.

It contains really useful info that is an attempt to avoid you having to make threads like this all over.

The answer you need is: "All AoE effect abilities in ESO have a max target limit of six, and always have.", this comes from the link above that @Kangas provided which outlines AoE questions.

    Hope that helps; enjoy! :D
