I play Cyro every day and every day I freeze up to dashboard when capturing keeps(all the lost proofs, ugh). It almost only happens at that point. The lag happens constantly, the stuttering is almost as bad as the lag.
I got into Cyro right around the time of the Deadlands, and distinctly remember hearing that dedicated servers were coming. It's been a year- got any news, updates on this?

IDK if creeping is the right word, they seem to have entered full force over the last 2 updates. Busy zones and trials seem to have become a nightmare of lag and disconnects, at least for everyone I know.

"The ESO EU and NA Datacenter hardware refresh is ongoing, but our timelines have been greatly extended by the global shortage of computer hardware. To give you all an idea of the impact, some key hardware devices are delayed by one year, most are delayed by 3-5 months. We had intended to have this process complete this year, but it has taken us far longer than we thought it would. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you, trust me – but progress is being made and we will get there."
I mean, if I'm looking at having to replace a single graphics card like 0.o, I can only imagine what trying to replace major datacenter hardware looks like right now.

We have been having this conversation since at least a year before COVID existed pubicly. I mean, we should be sympathetic to the claim, but it could easily be another in a long line of claims that turn out to not be accurate. It's past time customers saw some improvements. (as in years past time)
