Spell Critical Potions Don't Scale With Solvent

A Tincture of Spell Critical and an Elixir of Spell Critical both have the same stats (increase Spell Critical by 301 for 10 seconds with a 30 second second cooldown). I /bugged this but am curious if I'm missing something here. Does this make sense?

Hexos✭✭✭same with others like invis pots. I think this is intentional. I just use low level solvent for those types of pots.
I believe the values on the pots in question are probably consistant regardless of level. 3 secs of invis is good at 10 and good at vr10. cant really scale it. Not sure if spell crit works the same.0
