Emperor Leovic encouraged all Daedric worship in the Empire, but it was Mannimarco who was a Molag Bal follower and tricked Emperor Varen into starting the Planemeld. Ard Caddach was the only one to deal directly with him, since he gave part of the Reach to Mannimarco to deliver to Molag Bal. The Reachmen have no direct connection with him and most of their folklore paints Bal as simply a bringer of pain and suffering to be overcome.5 -
