House of whims buffs

Does anyone know what the 3 buffs you can buy in the house of whims do? I don't know if my google-fu is bad but I can find no problem how to get the achievement, but what those buffs do is a black hole.
Anyone worked it out? Or if on PC do any of the add-ons that show buffs etc give a clue? (I'm on console so can't try that myself)
