My character is still locked... 7 days later
My main character "Michlae Torrez" has been locked for just over a week as of today. Original ticket# 211026-003871
This past Sunday, (Oct.31) I was contacted by a member of the support team who explained why my character was getting locked and provided some solutions to fix the problem. At the end of their response they stated that I could go back to playing the game as normal. However, my Character "Michlae Torrez" is still locked.. I have not been able to log in on that character at all since before the last support representative contacted me.
This appears to me like they looked into the cause of my issues but forgot the small step of unlocking my character..
This issue has kept me locked out of my character for almost a full calendar week. Thus I've missed my chance to complete my daily rewards for last month as well as miss the majority of the Halloween event. So my opportunity to receive any of the higher holiday rewards has been scuffed by this horrible tech support process. Thanks Bethesda for living up to your reputation as always..
