My character is still locked... 7 days later

My main character "Michlae Torrez" has been locked for just over a week as of today. Original ticket# 211026-003871

This past Sunday, (Oct.31) I was contacted by a member of the support team who explained why my character was getting locked and provided some solutions to fix the problem. At the end of their response they stated that I could go back to playing the game as normal. However, my Character "Michlae Torrez" is still locked.. I have not been able to log in on that character at all since before the last support representative contacted me.

This appears to me like they looked into the cause of my issues but forgot the small step of unlocking my character..

This issue has kept me locked out of my character for almost a full calendar week. Thus I've missed my chance to complete my daily rewards for last month as well as miss the majority of the Halloween event. So my opportunity to receive any of the higher holiday rewards has been scuffed by this horrible tech support process. Thanks Bethesda for living up to your reputation as always..

    Locked once again with the exact same error code.
    I updated my original ticket #211026-003871 with a response as this is an ONGOING ISSUE. After waiting a FULL calendar week I am once again whining on the forums because apparently the only way anyone can receive customer support is to moan and groan here on the forums.. Just fix this mess and stop locking my character for "speed hacks"

    I don't even use add-ons so this *** happening on a vanilla install is just unacceptable.

    This is the third time my ticket has been closed and/or moved into a different category by your staff. Every time moving my issue further back into the ever-growing pile of tickets. Constantly pushing me around the block without actually taking action to resolve the matter. literal bully's pushing around a paying customer for fun and laughs. *clap-clap* 👉👌😫
