Wife and I came back to ESO to play for a while and are finding that we are unable to group, mail, or trade anything. I never received any bans, nor did she, what else can we try? We just did the X|S update, but everything else in the game has been working fine so far.

That social ban could have been there for a year...
Maybe they do not automatically time out and it is necessary to contact CS to get it removed. XBox EU/NA:@ElsonsoJannus
