    my ticket is 210914-001212 i know its due to latency issues as the last time this happened that was the case but alas i am at the mercy of the internet in australia and the nbn is not known for good internet no matter who you use.

    I have the same problem. At that time I have seen minor graphics problems. Characters moved in dashes, with a delay. My character was in Auridon. I tried to sprint through a lot of mobs. I needed to get to the place of the quest. I didn't want to stop every minute to fight. Suddenly, the image on the screen froze. Then I was thrown into the main menu. I could no longer enter this character, receiving an error 326.

    I'm a new player. I recently started playing this game. Bought some add-ons and wanted to buy subscription. It will be a great pity if at any moment any character can be taken away from me. What's the point of wasting time and money on in-game achievements? Now I am afraid to play with the rest of my characters. There are many stories on the forum that locked characters were not returned to their owners. Please understand the situation. This is very frustrating and repulsive to the game.

    @ZOS_BillE Hello, I have the same issue with one of my characters, tried to explain what happened when making my ticket (ticket number is: 211025-000381) and was wrongfully categorized as "I have lag in game", replied asking for my character to be unlocked but no reply so far, 2 days have already passed.

    Issued another ticket (ticket number is: 211025-004665) for the same matter without beating around the bush but no outcome either. +24 hours since this ticket too.

    Help please.

    Hello, I have the same problem with Error 326, explained what happend in the ticket# 211107-005989, got reply from the agent asking for name of the character - Draryn Gilvayn. And after that i got no reply already for 2 days.

    original ticket # 211026-003871
    Newer ticket # 211114-003371 <<--- I opened this ticket after waiting 5 days with no response to the original ticket and this one got closed as a duplicate immediately.

    Just refund my purchases and delete the account tbh. Your customer support process has totally killed this game for me. After all the purchases within the crown store on top of me buying the game for 2 of my friends this is the support I receive

    Only one word comes to mind, neglect..
