Can’t submit ticket (glitch?)

I logged in the ESO website and I’m trying to submit a ticket ( I did not receive my crowns for my last subscription) but it logs me out when I try to make a ticket. I put in my password and user ID correctly but it keeps saying “Login Failed”, what should I do?
-I’m not banned from the looks of it
