ESO launcher won't launch - missing visualiser

Due to some technical issues unrelated to ESO I had to delete/uninstall all Microsoft visualisers on my computer. I reinstalled new ones, but now when I when I try to open the launcher Steam pops up with the "preparing to open" tab, and then nothing happens. I've also tried opening ESO directly from Steam, it (just) doesn't work.
I currently have 3 visualisers:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 x86
Which ones am I missing?

We recommend going through the troubleshooting in the link below if your launcher is having issues because of missing Visual C++ files.
