Character locked again

3 days ago I experienced package loss in PvP, I lost control over my character, while it floated for a couple seconds. From previous experience I knew it would mean that my character would be kicked out of the match and locked (prevented from being locked in), in case I am a speed hacker. The same had happened a few weeks ago to another character of mine
I immediately wrote a ticket, attached the report they ask you to attach. (That report always feels a bit invasive!)
I still have not got any response. No automatic one, no notification of forwarding my case, nothing. It is so frustrating.

I had wanted to make use of the event while leveling that character, that character has gear items in her bags I need. I also hugely enjoyed the character that I had just recently created.

I support a crack down on hackers but surely some care should take place and regular players should not be punished and ignored like this. It is frustrating to think that this might happen every few weeks.
