Moonhenge's Tear

I can't seem to figure out how to free the scouts in the Moonhenge's Tear quest (Aldmeri Dominion, Greenshade, Moonhenge).
Are you supposed to be able to interact with the scouts? Or is there some object I need to acquire to free them?

Relogging works. There will be a peviously invisible totem-stick thing behind the bound person called "Binding Ritual".. you have to use that with "E"
It's the same for many other quests when the objective is missing try relogging. I had that happen with a skyshard and another player opening a invisible chest right next to me..seems like activators sometimes bug out and don't show up.0 -

sycoinc✭Fully exiting the game and relogging in fixed this for me, simple abandon quest and a relog to character selection screen didnt work but a full exit dod0 -

I don't think I'll be paying that monthly sub......You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else.0 -

LordNowe✭✭The keys aren't broken, they are drops from the bosses that spawn at the location where the key's quest items are. The spawn takes anywhere from 2 ~ 5 minutes to respawn.0
