Arctic blast do not proc Hrothgars

Was testing it for an hour, because recently spent 500 000 on it..All other stuns proc Hrothgars chill except this one.. What a shame..

Well, was testing in the most simple way - standing close to the npc and using arctic blast - when enemy is stunned after the third tick, nothing happens - no additional dmg, no visual effect, no sound. While casting turn evil or any other stun immediately gives all three - sound, visual and dmg
Not sure how else to test. 0 -

✭On NPCs is sometimes weird. I have almost never visual, sound and so on if I proc Hrothgar on them, but in Combat Metrics it appears. In case of Arctic Blast its propably because that skill itself already has a very dominant visual, maybe it just overshadows the Hrothgar one.Edited by L_Nici on 4 September 2021 11:03PC|EU0 -

Wierd thing - if i stun an enemy with arctic blast AND hit with heavy attck, than Hrothgar proc 🤣 What the....0 -

Necromancer totem (fear), and grasp(immoblization and stun) both don't work. I never bothered doing a ticket for it because wgo cares if devs don't care anyway.0
