NA lag

Since the last maint i have been lagging tremendously only in ESO. I've already repaired, restarted and power cycled the router, I'm on a wired connection and every other game or application i use has no issues and i maintain low ping. I've already tried all of the troubleshooting options and disabled all add-ons as well.

EDIT: The entire group of 4 people in the vet white gold twoer i just ran were lagging as well. All spiking and teleporting around.
