Login problems

I hadn't played ESO in a while, but just re-installed through Steam, played as normal.
I purchased the Blackwoods account upgrade, but can't access the content through Steam.
Downloaded the version through my ESO account page and installed, but when I try and login I get the following error
"Login failed. Your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time. If you purchased the game through Steam or Stadia, please start the game on that platform"

I have 2 versions of ESO in my account now the Blackwoods version with an account status of "Active-trial" and the Steam edition account status "Active"

How do I get to play with all the content?

Did you purchase the Blackwood DLC through Steam or through the ESO store?

I purchased the Blackwoods upgrade through Green Man Gaming.
I originally purchased ESO before it was available on Steam, then got the Steam version when it went subscription free

Thanks for the response back. You should start a ticket with customer support so they can check on the game entitlements to determine what the issue could be.
