PS4 [EU] - Mirri's rapport maxed, but I didn't get the achievement

I've stopped getting rapport from dailies, wine and books, and the bar is completely filled. But I haven't received the letter, nor the "ancient anticipations idol."

I have an account on the NA as well where I've received both. Could that be what's interfering?

They have to be level 20 for their keepsake to become available.

From memory I think you also have to have given them at least 1 purple item

It's odd. I got the achievement on the NA before she was level 20, but I'm seeing what you're saying is true. Perhaps it was bugged on the NA, and it's the EU that's behaving properly.

Yeah I had just unlocked both last week, myself. They've been at max rapport for a few weeks, with all of their side quests/objectives done. When they hit 20, it unlocked the keepsake. I'm on NA though, so maybe it got tweaked at some point.
