✭✭✭✭✭The Empire sure does seem to have a lot of notorious prisons. Blackrose Prison, White Rose Prison, Imperial City Prison and now the Dread Cellar. I sure hope they didn't actually call it the "Dread Cellar" back when it was in use.
Otherwise I am sure some of the Imperials should have asked themselves...
