Cyrodiil and Emp

I logged on for the first time in over 6 months and see that there is a white square where the emp name should be. Apparently ESO has been glitched for awhile in cyrodiil? What on earth! Again?

Bug was already present during MYM when people put a lot of hours to get the achievment.
ZoS answer was utter silence.
