CTD using Geforce 3090

Trying to run the game on max settings on my new PC keep getting me in CTD. i could run the same settings on my 1080ti card without problems on 3440-2680. but when trying on 4k the game crash for me.
so do anyone have this issue and did find a fix for this?

i did manage to get it to work with a few change so now i run cyrodiil with 100+fps on max settings and 4k
