Resurrection debuff needed

Its beyond annoying when you are outnumbered and run in to a group with a resurrection spamming half healbot/ tank player that does nothing other than just that. Every time a res is interrupted the person trying to res should get a 10-15 second debuff before being able to attempt the res again, likewise you should be able to interupt CC immune players as many of these pop immov pots a second after the first interupt. Its absurd that the instant a player goes down you need to spam bash, which isn’t a cheap combat skill on a player who is built purely to not die whilst they spam do nothing else. Alternatively tanks could and should be removed from PvP but it seems like that isn’t going to ever happen.

One major issue is that resurrecting someone costs nothing in terms of combat based stats, whilst interrupting requires a bash or a skill with interupt tied to it, meaning that the person who spams res is loosing nothing to do so.

i wish their were pvp quests related to rezzing players...definitely should be achievements for it also...it really makes a big difference, maybe not so much in battlegrounds, or even imperial city, but, definitely in cyrodiil...

during battle i make it a big focus to rez allies...and i'm a random solo potato...

Resurrecting allies is fine, its spamming nothing but resurrections whilst the group you play with is fighting constantly is the issue leaving the outnumbered player basically stuck spamming bash to interrupt.

Hmm maybe if we introduced that DC might be more likely to actually put down forward camps for a change. I say yes let's do it.

If I spec all in to being a rez bot, I have sacrificed EVERYTHING else, which is as the game should be.
Have your team focus down the rez bot. We are not an unkillable build.

There are plenty of dedicated builds in the game but

I come up against them all the time. You just focus them down. Ulti dump if that doesn't work. It's a valid playstyle and putting a dumb cooldown on rezzes to publish a small monitory of players will competely jack up everyone else.

I have 6k weapon damage, 11k pen + balorgh, theres no way that you can simply ult dump focus down a 40k health+ heavy armour sword and board, resto magplar in full heavy armour whilst 4 or 5 zerglings focus you down. I seriously suggest you try some 1vX and revisit this post.

Ulti dump: when the entire group hits a target with their ultimates. No I can't kill a 40k tank by myself but give me two other NBs and they're dead.
